Budhale & Budhale Group of Companies in which Budhale Stampings consist of, established in 1967 is now the MOST DIVERSIFIED sheet metal component manufacturing company having 4 fully equipped manufacturing plants in Kolhapur. Acknowledged as a Total Solution Provider in precision manufacturing of Sheet Metal Press Parts, Welded Press Parts Assemblies and Sub-Assemblies in Western Maharashtra. Budhale Stampings has evolved into a system supplier capable of designing, developing & manufacturing components, assemblies and modules for the automotive industry.

Group is founded by Late Shri Mahadevrao R. Budhale in 1967 and begins with the supply of the oil engine spare parts. Established its own TOOL ROOM in 1975. In 1976 Successfully developed and produced the deep drawn hermetic compressor shells for giant companies. Since 1988 the company started production for Appliances Industries. From 1990 the company started production of automotive structural and assembly parts. From 1997 the company started his expansion with strategically investment in advance manufacturing facilities such as Tool Room, Press Shop, Welding Assembly line and associate services.

Under the valuable guidance of our Managing Director, Mr. Dinesh Budhaale, we are growing with a notable rate in the market. He has a deep dedication enabling us to understand the varied requirements of our clients.

1967 Company Founded

Late Shri Mahdevrao R.Budhale has started thierown shop in kolhapur and beginning with supply of oil engine parts to local market and then to big giants of oil engine industries.

1975

Establishment of own Tool Room and started supply of motor fan cowls and starter boxes to Siemens Ltd.

1980

Developed deep drawn hemetic compressor shells. Later on new customers added with wide range of varients like Techumseh, Carrier Aircon.

1988

Developed Air conditioner kit and components for Videocon Appliances and later on Blue Star and Eta O General.

1994

Laid Foundation of new plant in MIDC Shiroli Company enters in Automotive segment with starting supply for Greaves Garuda and other companies.

1998

Widened its strength with increasing capabilities of its Press Shop and Welding Assembly services. Awarded with ISO9000, QS9000 and becomes the key supplier of Piaggio Vehicles.

2004

founded a dedicated plant with wide infrastructure in Gokul Shirgaon MIDC for Automotive sector. lunches its own Air Conditioner brand SWESS.

2008

Developed and started the supply of highly precised Nokia pressed aluminum reflector for Andrew Tele.Ltd. Emerges as key supplier for brake back plate varients for Foundation brakes pvt.
